I turned up with both Excited and Nervous as expected. Nervous was a bit eager at the beginning and wiped my mind clean. It was a good job the art of waffling hadn’t eluded me as well. I used it to fill what seemed like an eon of time before Excited turned up and said: –
“I want to share with you the journey I’ve been on for the past 18 months”, and I was back on track. From then on Nervous didn’t get a look in and I think he went off to the bar or something, as I didn’t see him for the rest of the evening.
It was a great experience and has given me lots of feedback to go away with to work on.
I’m looking forward to the next one which will be a big improvement, in addition to Excite and Nervous I am going to invite Cool, Calm & Collected along as well.
